PBIS Team Purpose Statement:
The premise of our work is to create a positive school climate and culture built upon Dexter Middle School’s core values of respect, responsibility, and readiness to learn. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is the vehicle with which we accomplish this aim through its guiding principles of positive reinforcement and concern for our students’ social and emotional development.
